MHCLG SEEK LOCAL AUTHORITY PARTNERS FOR LOCAL PLAN DIGITAL PATHFINDER PROJECT

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) are seeking expressions of interest from local planning authorities in England to become ‘Pathfinders’ to test digital and data aspects of planning reforms set out in the Planning White Paper.

GOVERNMENT HAILS CONTINUED RISE IN HOUSE BUILDS

The government have reported 42,110 new housing starts between the period October – December 2020, representing a 16% increase on the previous quarter.
