KENT COUNCIL REJECTS INSPECTORS’ ADVICE TO WITHDRAW LOCAL PLAN

A council in Kent has written to planning inspectors to request that they proceed to issue a report that will conclude their local plan is flawed.

GOVERNMENT HAILS CONTINUED RISE IN HOUSE BUILDS

The government have reported 42,110 new housing starts between the period October – December 2020, representing a 16% increase on the previous quarter.
